Overview

JSE Design delivered comprehensive planning, engineering design, and construction management services for a 38-lot residential subdivision in Westdale. The project required a coordinated approach across approvals, servicing upgrades, and detailed civil design to ensure compliance with Council requirements and infrastructure capacity constraints.

Key technical components included detention basin hydrology modelling, downstream stormwater network capacity analysis, and structural retaining wall design to accommodate site levels and optimise lot yield. JSE Design also managed subcontract coordination for electrical servicing, NBN infrastructure, and pavement and geotechnical reporting packages.

Extending beyond design, JSE Design led the construction phase through tender management, contract administration, and Super intendent services. This integrated delivery approach ensured alignment between documentation, contractor performance, cost control, and programme outcomes — reinforcing JSE Design’s capability to manage projects from concept through to completion with commercial discipline and engineering certainty.
