Overview
JSE Design is playing a key role in the delivery of a landmark mixed-use residential precinct within the Rockhampton LGA, representing an estimated $110M–$120M investment in the Rockhampton region. The development integrates a large-scale Medium-High Density (MHE) accommodation hub with a neighbouring 160-lot Torrens Title subdivision, forming astrategically planned and socially connected community.
The MHE component has been master planned to accommodate approximately 710 beds and includes shared dining facilities, gymnasiums, pool amenities, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Flexible dwelling concepts ranging from four to ten-bedroom two-storey designs form part of the broader precinct vision.
The adjoining residential subdivision incorporates significant trunk infrastructure upgrades, a sewer pump station, stormwater detention systems, and a linked parkland corridor that integrates both developments. The project represents a major collaboration between green energy stakeholders, Local Council, and the primary developer — with JSE Design contributing engineering leadership, infrastructure coordination, and development integration expertise at scale.
