Overview

JSE Design is currently delivering project management and Superintendent services for one of Tamworth’s most significant commercial precinct developments. Spanning approximately 55hectares, the precinct is being subdivided into 56 commercial and retail lots, with additional future applications planned to further develop several of the larger land parcels.

Acting on behalf of the developer, JSE Design is providing construction-phase leadership across all core civil infrastructure works, ensuring programme certainty, quality compliance, and coordinated delivery across multiple contractors and stakeholders. The scope includes oversight of bulk earthworks, road pavement construction, and the delivery of major sewer, water, and stormwater servicing networks supporting the long-term precinct rollout.

Through structured progress monitoring, forward planning, and active contract administration, JSE Design is ensuring the precinct is delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with approval requirements — reinforcing our role as the trusted development delivery partner for major projects across the North West region.
