Simon Bugeja is the founding Director of JSE Design, established in 2022 to deliver civil engineering services with a focus on practical, high-performance design outcomes. With more than 18 years of industry experience, Simon leads the business with a strong foundation in technical excellence and a hands-on approach to project delivery across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Simon launched JSE Design following a successful career in both the public and private sectors. His past work spans a wide range of project types—from subdivision and stormwater design to large-scale infrastructure and mining feasibility. Highly skilled in 3D design, earthworks modelling, drainage systems, and construction management, Simon also brings expertise in a wide array of software.
He is known for building strong relationships with stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective, real-world solutions.
Through JSE Design, Simon continues to champion a collaborative, technically rigorous approach to civil engineering—offering clients innovative, cost-effective outcomes grounded in deep practical experience.
